DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR - SUSSEX - Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE Up to Senior Level) This is an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor with a solid grounding in Commercial Litigation to join a substantial firm based in the Sussex area.
We would like to hear from applicants with 2 + years PQE at either Solicitor of Legal Executive level, who have sound practical experience in Commercial litigation. The role will cover a range of matters such as landlord and tenant, contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, insolvency disputes, employment related litigation and general commercial litigation.
