Your new role
As the EDI & Wellbeing Programme Manager, you will provide professional equality, diversity, inclusivity and wellbeing expertise into specialist or multi-disciplinary teams delivering projects and programmes across the health and care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the effective project management and delivery of the transformation projects
* Provide leadership and delivery of programmes, projects and work streams that are part of our customers workforce transformation programmes
* Provide coordination of and participate in relevant internal and external working groups and provide EDI and wellbeing project advice, expertise and support where requested
* Provide support to the development and delivery of benefits plans for all transformation projects
What you'll need to succeed
Expertise in the delivery of EDI and/or wellbeing activity and projects
Experience in stakeholder management
Experience of leadership and delivery of projects and programmes relating to EDI and wellbeing
