IMMEDIATE START ELEC AND MECH MAINTENANCE ENGINEERS REQUIRED
InVictus are looking for experienced Maintenance engineers qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical environments to join a leading FM company, carrying out building maintenance to some of Londons trademark buildings in London.
After a continous win of maintenance contracts our client is looking to expand their team in the following areas;
-City of London (Bank, Mooregate and Fenchurch St)
-West End (Mayfair, Tottenham Court Road, Baker St)
-East London (Stratford and Whitechapel
-South London (Southwark, Elephant and Castle and Vauxhall)
Monday to Friday positions available up to £23 per hour.
Key Duties & Responsibilities;
-Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
-Emergency lighting
-Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
-Chillers - Re-set
-Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
-Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
-BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
-UPS Systems - Monitor Take readings
-General building fabric
-Monitor mechanical plant
-Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
-Filling out and submitting landlord request for access permits for any contractor attending to the site
-Raising and submitting quotations for site parts/materials
-Updating Elogbooks with service reports and information
-Dealing with customer queries
Qualifications and Requirements;
-Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
-City & Guilds Level 3 essential
-City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias
-Happy to do out of hours overtime
-A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
-Experience working in a corporate environment or blue chip environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Happy to cover a large site
-Honest, hard-working and reliable
