Job Description
Due to a recent tender win a Tire 1 M&E firm working in the fit out and new build residential sector on high value packages of MEP is seeking to appoint a new, experienced Electrical Site Manager.You will be from an M&E background and have previous experience of managing multiple supervisors on high value work. Ideally you've come up via the apprenticeship route.The client has specifically requested that candidates have good experience managing full Electrical install on large residential new build and Cat A/B fit out projects.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct tool box talks
- Produce RAMS
- RFI's
- Material Take-off's
- Two week look ahead's
- Liaise with the client and support the project manager at client/site meetings
- Ensure that works are being carried out to spec and to program.

A current SSSTS qualification is required as is an 18th edition qualification, candidates without 18th edition certification will not be entertained.
