Electrical Site Manager required for our client who are actively looking for a hardworking and experienced individual to be in charge of Day to Day management and running of site. Our client are based in London and looking for a site manager to be based and work within the M25.
Electrical Site Manager Position Overview
Site Managers are responsible for the day to day running of the project on site. They are required to keep the project within the timescale and budget and manage any delays or problems encountered on site. Also involved in the role is the management of quality control, health & safety checks and inspections as well as compliance.
- Day to Day management and running of site
- Keeping site paperwork up to date
- Ensuring smooth running and delivery of the project
- Ensuring Health & Safety is kept to a high standard
- Liaising with the Clients and attending site meetings
- Managing site team effectively and efficiently
Electrical Site Manager Position Requirements
Ideal Experience -
- 5 years' experience of site management in the services industry (site temps)
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and that of others, whilst working under pressure
- Experience of managing and coordinating the work of others
- Experience of working in the public sector
- Previous experience of managing people
Ideal Qualifications -
- NVQ 3/6 in a construction related subject (desirable)
- ECS Gold Card
- SMSTS
- 3 Day first aid
- Up to date with current regulations (18th Edition)
- C&G LVAP

- 40,000 - 45,000
