Our client, an esteemed and expanding UK law firm, is actively seeking a 5-8 PQE Employment Disputes Associate to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:


As an Employment Disputes Associate, you will have the privilege of working with a diverse portfolio of FTSE 100/250 clients, providing strategic advice and representation on a range of contentious employment matters. With a strong emphasis on restrictive covenants, including both employer and employee perspectives, you will play a pivotal role in High Court litigation and complex business re-organisations.


From technology and media to financial services and beyond, you'll have the opportunity to engage with clients across various sectors, gaining invaluable experience and exposure.


The role itself encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including advising clients on all aspects of employment law, from day-to-day matters to complex litigious issues. You will have the chance to handle high-stakes cases, negotiate termination packages, and provide counsel on partner-level grievances. Ideal candidate:


The ideal candidate will be a 5-8 PQE UK qualified Solicitor with a background in employment law and a keen interest in contentious Tribunal and court work.


Experience in large-scale restructuring, redundancies, and change programmes will be highly advantageous.
