The role will be home based with occasional visits to the office working alongside two Top Fee Earners with the opportunity to run and develop your own caseload. The role will suit someone equally interested in contentious and non-contentious aspects of employment law.
You will need to have excellent attention to detail, the ability to communicate with clients at a senior level, experience of proceedings in the Employment Tribunal, strong drafting and research skills, be IT literate and able to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
