EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - MERSEYSIDE -
Employment Solicitor - (3+) -
An excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced employment law solicitor at an established regional firm with an excellent reputation across the range of employment law matters.
You will need to have a strong technical background in employment law gained at a reputable firm. You will enjoy a broad and varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for employees and employers.
Typical matters acting for employers will include drafting employment contracts and policies, tribunal representation, disciplinary procedures, redundancies etc. Typical matters acting for employees will include wrongful dismissal, unfair dismissal, reduancy, breach of contract, whistleblowing, discrimination and much more.
