Our Client, a well-established and Legal 500 ranked law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Newly Qualified – 5 years PQE) to join their team as they embark on an ambitious growth plan.The Firm is looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for Employment Law to help them to continue their success and drive the practice forward.Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of claimant and respondent matters
• Handle TUPE, whistle-blowing, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance and discrimination issues
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by fostering and maintaining strong client relationships

Key Requirements

• Newly Qualified – 5 years PQE
• Experience in de3aling with Employment Law matters 
• Be familiar with running and managing your own Caseload
