Are you a Worcestershire based Employment Solicitor looking for the next step in your career?
My client is a multi-site firm based in Reditch and due to expansion they are currently searching for an Employment Solicitor to work alongside the Partner and CEO.
You would be acting on behalf of both employee and employer in both contentious and non-contenious cases, dealing with basic commercial and charity enquiries whilst also promoting the firm to both existing and new clients.
On offer is a competitive salary in line with your previous experience, 25 days holiday entitlement a bonus scheme set to individual targets, a company pension scheme, as well as life assurance and free parking.
You will be a client -centric individual with excellent organisational skills and a great eye for detail. You will be anywhere from an NQ solicitor (with a seat in employment) to 3 years PQE and will be able to juggle multiple activities whilst giving an excellent level of service to your clients.
