One of the region’s most highly regarded Top Tier and Legal 500 ranked Commercial Law firms with offices across the UK and internationally has a rare opportunity for a passionate and confident Employment Solicitor to join its award-winning Employment team in Liverpool.

Employment Solicitor

Liverpool

£42,000 – £52,000



You'll be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2 – 5 years’ PQE) with a background in Employment Law (ideally respondent employment matters). Joining a vastly experienced team in Liverpool you'll be dealing with high quality Employment matters, working closely with their excellent clients, and be given the chance to build long standing client relationships.



Acting for a broad range of clients predominantly in the Healthcare sector (NHS Trusts, private health, primary care), you'll offer expert advice on both contentious and non-contentious Employment matters.



Your new role will involve employment issues such as:



- Drafting various employment documents

- Maternity and paternity rights

- Discrimination

- Whistleblowing

- Employee relations issues

- Disciplinary matters and grievances

- Mediation

- Dismissals

- Redundancy

- TUPE

- Employment tribunal claims



You'll work alongside Senior Employment Solicitors who will be on hand to provide support as and when necessary, to ensure that you're providing the highest level of service to your clients.



You'll be a confident and passionate Solicitor with a solid background in Employment law either gained as part of your training contract or post qualification.
