Job Description
We are excited to be representing our top legal client in their search for an experienced Employment Solicitor. This position will be permanent, offering flexible hybrid working from their office in Chelmsford.
key duties to include:
* Representing key clients in Court.
* Conducting legal research.
* Liaising directly with key clients.
* Conducting negotiations on behalf of instructing clients.
* Ensuring you are up to date with current legislation.
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of 3 years PQE in Employment law.
* Experience managing a full and varied Employment law caseload.
* Strong time management abilities and diligent to detail.
* A team player with a keen interest in business development.
