Job Description
We are looking to appoint a motivated, organised and innovative Teacher of English for September 2024 for a one year contract around the CARDIFF, NEWPORT, CAERPHILLY, RHONADDA AREAS!

The successful candidate will work very closely with the Area of Learning Lead for Languages, Literacy and Communication and the Head of English to support the delivery of English within the AOLE.
The successful candidate must be able to teach English to at least GCSE level, and preferably to A Level. The ability to teach Media Studies up to GCSE would also be welcome.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive in monitoring the progress of pupils in their classes and will need to ensure that pupils make appropriate academic progress across their teaching groups, and consistently across the Area of Learning.
