Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and well-structured lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
• Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure student safety at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and achievements

Requirements

• Hold a recognized teaching qualification in English or a related field
• Have experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
• Possess excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Show commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with educational trends and research
• Be passionate about education and inspiring students
