Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering engaging English lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum
- Developing and implementing differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and coordinate cross-curricular activities and events
- Maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behavior and student engagement
- Assessing student performance using various methods, such as exams, projects, and class participation
- Communicating with parents to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Experience teaching English in a primary or secondary school setting
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and pedagogical approaches
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
