Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students
- Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and attendance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued and supported
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement curriculum
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and development
- Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and developments in the English curriculum
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Teaching qualification and certification
- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in a primary/secondary school setting
- Excellent knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Effective classroom management skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues
