ESOL Learning Coach to start asap April 2023 NorthWest Stockport, Manchester, Rochdale, Levenshulme, Bolton area Face to face working with groups of up to 15 adult learners in Trafford/Salford/North Manchester area 7 week courses to employed and unemployed adults £27750 to £29750 inc car allowance, CPD, support, progression, generous holidays, 25p per mile business travel Permanent Full Time Are you looking for your next career move teaching adult learners ESOL ? Your role as ESOL Learning coach will include working with learners with an identified need for extra support to through their ESOL programmes, ensuring that they on the right pathway and that they receive effective curriculum support Your role will involve enrolling new learners on the ESOL Programme (AEB provision) To manage the delivery of the training in line with the plan and in particular: Regularly and thoroughly review progress against all aspects of the plan with the learner and their manager Deliver training sessions as part of the AEB programme Take prompt action where the learner falls behind.
Monitoring learners within your area of responsibility and provider pastoral support to learners in centre.
Ensure that the learner is accessing and benefiting from delivery that you are not personally undertaking Facilitate regular caseload reviews of learner s progress and to ensure that learners are healthy, safe and supported at work.
Keeping up to date with training and instruction techniques and regulations that will affect the delivery.
