My clients a well established Suffolk Estate Agents are looking for highly motivated individuals with a proven track record in estate agency sales to join their busy Halesworth office.RESPONSIBILITIES* Arranging and conducting viewings* Prospecting for new business* Sales negotiations* Incoming and outgoing calls* Arranging solicitor and mortgage referrals* Booking valuationsQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE* MINIMUM TWO YEAR'S ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE * Good people skills both on the phone and face to face* Confident* Hard Working* Pro active making outbound calls* Confident personality* Strong Communication Skills* Self Motivated* Target Driven* Proven Sales ExperienceIF SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE* Uncapped Earnings* Regular Bonuses* Ongoing Training and Support* Positive and Friendly Working EnvironmentA FULL DRIVING LICENCE IS REQUIREDHours of work Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.30, every other Saturday 9.00 - 17.30 ( day off in lieu ) To find out more about this great role please call Danny Moloney on 01603 764044 or e mail dmoloney@cpl.uk.com
