Job Description
Greenwell Gleeson have been retained to recruit a European Head of Finance for a privately owned, entrepreneurial, high growth, international engineering company. The business pride themselves on being agile and a disruptor within the sectors they operate in and are on course to grow significantly on the back of major program wins. The growth will primarily come from their European operation which is managed through their Frankfurt office. To help capitalise on the growth opportunities they are looking for a German speaking European Controller. The role will encompass monthly reporting and forecasting on major projects, working with the leadership team to identify and bid on new projects, mitigate risk and managing cashflow forecasting. The role, though based in the UK will require monthly travel to Frankfurt. To be considered for the you will need to be technically excellent, ideally have experience of working both in the UK and Germany and also be able to speak fluent English and German. Additionally experience in a project led business will be highly desired.
