Fabulous *6-mont* inhouse legal counsel opportunity with a Global Media Communications Group based in London.
This role will provide day-to-day support to the Global General Counsel with a focus on providing practical legal and commercial advice to the Group.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity that will offer lots exposure to a variety of work. You will be constantly learning and kept on your toes, as no day will be the same!
THE ROLE:
- Providing general commercial and contracting advice to the businesses on a variety of legal work.
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial contracts, including content, technology, services, procurement and distribution.
- Development of contract templates that can be utilised across the Group business.
- Assist in handling legal disputes as and when required.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- At least 6-10 years post qualification.
- UK/Common law qualified with a highly regarded law firm/company or boutique media firm.
- Excellent commercial contracts experience (knowledge of working on influencer marketing and technology contracts advantageous).
- Lots of drive and a want to learn!
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong communication skills, energy and a can-do attitude.
