On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Family Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis, our client is flexible on PQE and will consider both full-time and part-time hours.
They offer a full range of legal services covering all aspects of relationship breakdown including:divorce,disputes over finances,property disputes, maintenance,cohabitation agreements,separation agreements,pre-nuptial agreements,grandparents’ rights,non-molestation orders,domestic violenceandChange of Name Deeds.
They also deal withchild arrangementsandapplications to take a child out of the country.
