Key Responsibilities:
Manage own caseload of mixed private family matters including:

• Divorce
• Civil Partnerships
• Financial Disputes
• Children
• Domestic Abuse

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor (at least 4 years’ PQE)
• Previous experience within a family department
• Ability to manage own caseload without supervision.
• Live locally to Warlingham (no more than a half hour commute)
