The Role;
- Advising their clients on their options and rights related to their case.
- Resolving disputes to reach a settlement outside of court.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing court documents statements.
- Liaising with professionals including psychologists, doctors, social workers, and police officers.
- Reviewing and evaluating evidence relevant to the client’s case.
Experience & Knowledge;
Depending on level of PQE, candidates will have experience of either managing or assisting a varied caseload of private family law matters. We are interested in hearing from fantastic family lawyers seeking an opportunity at a firm where personal and professional development, mentoring and training are centre stage.
