They are looking for a driven and ambitious family solicitor with strong experience within this field. The successful candidate will take on a privately funded caseload of matters to include children work, adoption, guardianship and high value divorce and finance proceedings. They will work closely with the firms longstanding high net worth client base and help to build further positive relationships with the firm.
You will be confident in handling significant levels of responsibility within your work as well as in your client care skills and be proactive in getting involved in business development.
This role isn't tied to a set experience level. Progression opportunities and role requirements will be tailored to the specific individual's needs/wants. More senior candidates will be considered for a position to work with senior Partners and be valued as a key members of the wider firm. Junior candidates will receive in-depth training and support to help them reach their goals. The team is well serviced at all levels so it’s not about ‘plugging a gap’ but finding the right person, who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a well-liked and social team.
