You will also be a confident advocate and ideally around 3 years plus PQE as a solicitor or legal executive able to run your own caseload with limited supervision. It would be an advantage if you have business development skills and or a following but this is not a pre-requisite.
As a successful Family Solicitor, you can expect a salary in the region of £40,000 – £50,000, Bonus, up to 33 days holiday + Christmas period, Healthcare benefits, Professional Development Plan, Discounted legal fees and Referral bonus.
