Job Description
- Work with local management to meet ongoing and emerging regulatory requirements
- Involvement in key planning processes and expansion of company level business plan and ORSA scenario analysis
- Drive BIDAC specific demand and deliverables within the finance modernisation programme where required
- Confident in own skills and contribution; challenges the client so to support the client in achieving their optimal results
- Coach and mentor less senior members of the team to help in the delivery of finance and BIDAC objectives
- Share knowledge of the business and help develop a board skill set within the BIDAC finance team
