Finance Business Partner
£60,000 - £75,000 bonus

Our client is a regal Property developer, seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee all commercial aspects of a presitigous development. The role has direct line of progression to Senior Finance Analyst.
The Real Estate firm have unique residential developments across London, developing properties of the highest quality in high-end London using a sustainable approach. The Finance Business Partner will review and produce financial models and partner with Senior Stakeholders for the project's development.
Responsibilities
Creating cashflow forecasting for the project's profit, and managing the existing project cash flow model as well
Managing the project external stakeholders, while also looking after invoices and contract register
Assisting the Finance Director and implementation of new software, contributing to the efficiency of accounting and business process
Liaising with the FD on all tax-related subjects, including VAT and other financial analysis
Overseeing the accuracy and completion of external Development and Property Company outputs
Producing and monitoring the cost accounting of the project
Key Requirements
Newly or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant
Previous exposure to a property development environment
Experience working and analysing cashflow forecasts and models
Keen interest in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment
Confident and self-reliant individual, able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
