Robertson Bell are partnering with a Local Authority organisation who are seeking an Finance Business Partner, within the Housing Team to join them on a permanent basis. Working closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role will provide crucial support in the regulatory reporting for housing revenue accounts, as well as business partnering with key internal stakeholders.
The main responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner (Housing) include:
- Produce monthly variance analysis to be communicated with non-financial stakeholders, responsible for budget monitoring for your given areas.
- Work with the Senior Finance Business Partner on the yearly closure of accounts, producing key notes on housing revenue accounts for the final statutory reporting.
- Support the Senior Finance Business partner in the production of business cases for new or upcoming investments.

The successful candidate will be:
- Ideally studying towards a CCAB qualification.
- Experienced in management and financial accounts for the housing sector.
- Advanced excel skills.
