We also have a large outdoor terrace which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events. **THE ROLE** The Finance Business Partnering Manager role - Trade & Profitability will partner directly with functional leaders and managers, helping to create a world-class business partnering function who are pivotal in turning insights into actions, driving business performance, profitability and championing the long term financial health of the FARFETCH Group This role will be accountable for ensuring the financial guardrails set are upheld and holding the functional area to account in order to drive financial performance. The role will ensure that the organisation operates with financial coherence and that =stakeholders have a transparent view of how their areas of responsibility are performing, giving clarity on the financial impact of their strategic, operational and trading decisions. The role will operate with gravitas, confidence, and credibility, providing both partnership and challenge to the business and leadership in order to maximise the performance of the business.

WHAT YOU'll DO

- Partner with the Senior Director of Trading, supporting on diagnosing and managing weekly and quarterly trade performance. - Partner with the VP of Supply Partnerships, providing rich insights into partner performance and profitability to support with ongoing partner relationships and negotiations - Support and challenge the weekly sales forecasting process to ensure a robust outlook is fed into Group FP&A with clear rationale - Build and own profitability models which test out the ROI of trade levers and enable the business to make fast, optimal decisions - Partner with the planning teams within Trade, to forecast and analyse performance across Pricing and promotions - Partner with the Consumer product & Media Solutions teams in building robust business cases to support the prioritisation of future resource and investment. - Lead analysts to deliver analysis, insight and recommendations on the financial implications of business decisions, ensuring business performance reporting is delivering actionable insight in a timely and efficient way. - Challenge the organisation to deliver financial goals aligned with the Group operating and financial strategy through business partnering, driving growth in top-line revenue and efficiencies in the cost base and working capital. - Delivery of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for functional areas, translating the vision of the business and financial strategy into actions to drive the business forward. - Engage and motivate a team, to deliver effective financial analysis and stakeholder engagement, ensuring performance is at a high level and our company values are reflected in how they perform their role.

WHO YOU ARE

- A qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with PQE in a commercial finance environment - Proven experience in supporting trading teams, P&L ownership and financial planning, within retail or the e-Commerce industry is preferable Proven experience in presenting complex financial information to senior leaders including the c-suite - Proven people management experience, able to manage with authentic style and ensure team delivery to high standards - Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to influence strategic business decisions, keeping the financial health of the business front of mind - An ability to connect deliverables to the broader strategy and execute in a timely manner - You can self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment with competing deadlines, driven to deliver results - A strong team player with the ability to interact and effectively communicate with those outside of Finance teams, across a broad stakeholder base, to deliver preferred outcomes
