My client is experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This full-time role, reporting to the Group Financial Controller, offers a prime opportunity to contribute to their success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and payment runs.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, collaborating with divisional teams.
  • Prepare overhead reports with insightful variance analysis.
  • Lead monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and manage intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system administration.
  • Mentor and develop a team of three.
  • Document end-to-end finance processes and provide ad-hoc support.


Success in this role involves:

  • Efficient management of ledger functions.
  • Producing accurate overhead analysis.
  • Collaborating with operational teams for financial insights.
  • Driving ERP system improvements.
  • Building strong cross-functional relationships.


Qualifications:

  • ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Previous SME finance team management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) desirable.
