My client is experiencing significant growth and are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team. This full-time role, reporting to the Group Financial Controller, offers a prime opportunity to contribute to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and payment runs.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, collaborating with divisional teams.
- Prepare overhead reports with insightful variance analysis.
- Lead monthly payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and manage intercompany reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ERP system administration.
- Mentor and develop a team of three.
- Document end-to-end finance processes and provide ad-hoc support.
Success in this role involves:
- Efficient management of ledger functions.
- Producing accurate overhead analysis.
- Collaborating with operational teams for financial insights.
- Driving ERP system improvements.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships.
Qualifications:
- ACCA/CIMA full or part qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Project management and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Previous SME finance team management experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) desirable.
