Job Description
We are recruiting for a Finance Manager (ideally ACCA or CIMA qualified) to join our new Lease & Co. The Select Lease by Mobilize Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the set up of, and delivery of accurate and timely submission of Select Lease by Mobilize accounting & reporting in accordance with Head Office accounting policy and requirements. They will take responsibility for the end to end Finance processes in the business, ultimately delivering an IFRS compliant set of Financial Statements.

The business is based in Reading, and the job holder will be expected to locate alongside the business.
What will you do:
- Lead a small team to implement new controls and processes that will support month-end closing activities including the preparation of reconciliations and financial statements, presenting to senior management
- Measure performance against business plan across multiple aspects including P&L, Performing Assets, Funding, Equity
- Overall responsibility for delivery of monthly/quarterly Group Reporting packages to HQ via Magnitude tool – ensuring full audit trail back to SAP ledger
- Ensure a robust Fixed Asset Register is maintained for Operating Lease Assets, flagging any issues early with management
- Reviewing all reconciliations ensuring back up in place; following up on clearing any reconciling differences
What will you have:
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA or CIMA proffered
- Experience of Financial Statements preparation and delivery
- Strong presentation and organisational skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, both in writing and verbally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident in extracting, manipulating and reporting data from a number of complex systems
