Finance PA / PA to Global CFO - City of London location- Hybrid working
£45 – 50k + bonus and benefits
This role would suit someone ambitious to pursue a career within finance, displaying strong analytical experience, loves a spreadsheet and wants to get really stuck in with the nitty gritty of this dynamic organisation.

Supporting the Global CFO who is based in Singapore (in London regularly though), this role will require some flexibility re timings and might also require some travel on occasion.
Duties will be super varied and allow for this individual to be involved in a range of projects but in brief will include:
- Analysis of financial data across global projects, assessing profitability, anomalies etc
- Spreadsheet creation, maintenance and support
- Communication with the wider finance and leadership team
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination across the global regions, being sensitive to timezones
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the global businesses
- Travel co-ordination and itineraries
- Some PA support to the COO
Experience required:
- Financial analysis – used to working with complex data and enjoys the analytical elements of the role
- Strong Excel skills
- Complex diary managment across time zones, managing visas etc
- General administration including some PA tasks
- Experience of working in a fast paced, client centric environment
