Build, develop and troubleshoot quantitative financial models used by clients in structured finance , act in a leading role with regards to running projects , train and mentor other Financial Engineers.
- Build client relationships across a portfolio of customers and support clients by performing analysis of fixed-income portfolios.
- Build customized cashflow and data solutions for clients and troubleshoot quantitative financial models in structured finance used by clients
- Act in a leading role with regards to running projects.
- Train and mentor other Financial Engineers.
- Interpret and analyse legal documents on complex financial structures used to model compliance reports, cash flow models and tests
- Work with the product development team to design, build and implement new features and functions for analytic and data products.
- Assist senior members of the team in developing detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans, supporting and training clients on software applications and the safe delivery/implementation of a suite of fixed income products
- Aid in the implementation, customization and use of analytic solutions
Qualifications
? Post Graduate (e.g. MBA, Master’s from tier 1 or 2 universities) with an emphasis in engineering, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
? Experience and ability reading complex investment documents.
? Strong quantitative skills and analytical problem solving ability required.
? Excellent communication and organizational skills with the confidence to interact with top financial professionals.
? Demonstrated initiative, enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly and excel as part of a dynamic team.
? Attention to detail and ability to work and learn independently.
? Experience writing code using Microsoft Excel VBA preferred.
? Working knowledge of Visual Basic and other scripting or coding languages is a plus
