As a leader in the industry, we’re elevating the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.<br><br>Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.<br><br></p><p>Were implementing a new Flow Room at Frasers Group to further support our transformation, offering an excellent opportunity to join our impressive state of the art 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, and one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK.<br><br></p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><p>As a<strong>Flow Room Technician,</strong> youll partner with the on-site operations team, ensuring the smooth system and product flow to exceed operational KPIs across designated areas, working closely with warehouse operatives, flow room colleagues, shift and section managers, supervisors, trainee supervisors and the IT, and engineering teams.<br><br></p><p>With a lead technician, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the systems, reporting any faults, prioritising waves in line with the daily plan, and providing recommendations to optimise operations.<br><br></p><p>You will also be analysing data in real-time, capturing data from our systems into trackers, monitoring forecasts, and investigating and communicating risks and missed targets to the lead technician.<br><br></p><p><strong>Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off rotation Days/Nights<br><br></strong></p><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><p>Essential skills:</p><ul><li>Previous experienceworking in adata oranalytics role</li><li>Strong IT skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced automated environment</li><li>Attention to detail and a problem solving mind-set</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Information<br><br></strong><p>An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless.
