Job Title: French Speaking - Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary:

GBP23,000 - GBP27,000 Per annum

Working Conditions:
  • 5 Days a week office-based role in a professional accounting environment
  • Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods
Job Duties:
  • Monitoring the end-to-end cash process & investigating any discrepancies in between
  • Daily importing of cash processing reports onto SAP
  • Communicating and documenting discrepancy + forgery reports
  • Posting of debtors invoices and credit notes and allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation of cash and card GL s Involves writing off within a certain threshold and investigating outside of that threshold
  • Posting ad hoc journals when appropriate
  • Missing sales monitoring, escalation, and resolution
  • Upload fuel sales, shop sales and investigating any variances
  • Escalating any issues in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis
  • Sales Reconciliation
  • General administration and other ad-hoc duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
  • Understanding of financial principles and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in Accounting or Finance
  • Experience working with international clients
Education:
  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
