Job Description
Job Title: French Speaking - Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Type:
Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary:GBP23,000 - GBP27,000 Per annum
Working Conditions:- 5 Days a week office-based role in a professional accounting environment
- Standard working hours with occasional overtime during peak periods
- Monitoring the end-to-end cash process & investigating any discrepancies in between
- Daily importing of cash processing reports onto SAP
- Communicating and documenting discrepancy + forgery reports
- Posting of debtors invoices and credit notes and allocation of cash receipts to customer accounts
- Monthly reconciliation of cash and card GL s Involves writing off within a certain threshold and investigating outside of that threshold
- Posting ad hoc journals when appropriate
- Missing sales monitoring, escalation, and resolution
- Upload fuel sales, shop sales and investigating any variances
- Escalating any issues in a timely and appropriate manner
- Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Sales Reconciliation
- General administration and other ad-hoc duties as required
- Fluency in French and English
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts receivable or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software SAP and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Understanding of financial principles and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional certification in Accounting or Finance
- Experience working with international clients
- A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
