We are looking for a versatile and dedicated Gardener to join our team. You will perform a range of general lawn maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining the landscape design, removing weeds and dead plants.

As a Gardener, you will ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and garden structures. You will deliver a five star experience for our colleagues and all involved in the service team with continuous improvement of the landscape. The ideal candidate will be creative, with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.

What you'll do:

Apply fertiliser to help improve growth. Take out weeds and dead plants. Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves. Cutting of grass and litter picking Hard landscaping cleaning Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth. Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants, and shrubs. Maintain all landscaping equipment. Follow the Sky landscape management plan. Complete any reasonable task set by management. Ensuring that we make the colleague experience in these locations brilliant.

What you'll bring:

Experience to operate and maintain equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers. Proactive and highly organised with the ability to plan and multi-task. Confident and clear communication style. Comfortable communicating with everyone from the day-to-day service team through to senior partners. Some experience in a landscaping role. Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Your office base:

We have one vacancy in Osterley and three in Elstree Studios.
