This is an opportunity to join our practice team and innovate in General Practice Health Care.
Beacon is a Single Practice Primary Care Network covering Ivybridge and Plympton that currently provides care for 43,000 patients in two defined clinical hubs.
We are looking for the right person to join our team to help deliver a modern and sustainable General Practice in our community. We have a large and resilient team including GPs, Nurses, Paramedics, Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, First Contact Physiotherapists, and care co-ordinators – all working to address workload in the most efficient way utilising the PCN DES to work for the practice and the community.
We currently have 21 partners which enables stability at a time of uncertainty within NHS General Practice. We are a training practice with 10 GP Trainers and welcome GPwSIs currently providing a MSK ICATS clinic and a designated Menopause
Quality of life is important to us and we structure our workload to allow time to care whilst still being able to manage day to day demand. We run a total triage system on SystmOne which allows more flexibility on how the day is managed.
