Role

As a Global Head of HR, reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department, ensuring it aligns with our company goals. Working for our fast-growing, complex organisation, you will need to translate the global vision in our various geographical locations across the world.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be contributing to the business at a strategic level whilst playing a hands-on role in the delivery of all initiatives. The right candidate will also be responsible for managing a team that sit across our geographical locations.

Requirements

  • HR strategy: plan and create strategies to ensure the achievement of the company goals
  • Performance management: training and development, appraisal systems and feedback
  • Employee relations: grievances, conflicts etc, whilst maintaining a positive environment
  • Continually keeping healthy employee relations
  • Compensation & benefits: salaries, bonuses & employee incentives
  • Talent satisfaction: overseeing H&S initiatives to ensure a safe working environment
  • Employment law: creating and updating HR policies and always remaining in line with the labor laws and regulations
  • Talent management: overseeing/ awareness of the onboarding, off-boarding/ exit interviews, initiating programs to boost employee morale and productivity
  • Stakeholder management: managing relationships with key stakeholders in the business including c-suite
  • Diversity & inclusion: continuously promoting a diverse working environment across all geographical locations
  • Technology: managing and using our HRIS systems whilst leveraging technology for HR processes from a leadership perspective
  • HR reporting: collecting, analysing data to make informed decisions
  • Leadership: managing a team of HRBPs across Europe and Asia, demonstrating our company values and championing the leadership behaviour framework
  • Company culture and engagement: driving engaging strategies and building a productive working culture via our core values: Transparency, Honesty, Efficiency, Result Orientated, Fairness and Humanism

About You

  • CIPD qualified HR professional - minimum of 5+ years in a leadership position
  • Deep understanding of HR strategies and commercial insight: recruitment, engagement, culture changes, pay, reward and recognition, welfare, L&D, HR systems and budgeting
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulations, policies/ procedures and legislation
  • Proven leadership and role model qualities within larger and start-up/ scale up businesses
  • The ability to analyse and review HR data to identify trends and for reporting purposes
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships across the business on a global scale
  • Portrays clear communication skills; both written and oral, has attention to detail and holds strong strategic and problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer skills: specifically, MS applications (word, powerpoint, excel, teams)

The right candidate will have the ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner, be able to produce results, prioritise and perform a variety of tasks of short notice with demanding deadlines and can work under pressure.
