We are now looking for a Global HR Business Partner who will continue to focus on initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement and play a key role in cultural transformation, whilst supporting our leaders in achieving their departmental goals.
This role is centred around employee relations in a dynamic and evolving environment. We are seeking someone who is solution-oriented, self-motivated and has comprehensive experience in all aspects of employee relations.

Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
Offer recommendations on organisational and people-related strategy and execution
Provide full HR lifecycle support for all levels of the company on HR issues/challenges and recommend best practice
Support the business on performance feedback, calibration, and career development programs
Provide HR expertise in all areas of employee law including performance capability, disciplinaries, grievances, mediation and developing our HR policies and procedures
Lead on the continual development of our L&D programs
Collaborate with the Group HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results
Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Desired experience:
Significant experience of working in a generalist role with a particular depth of knowledge in employee relations, employment law, organisational change and people processes
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows upward and downward
Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees, together with those of the business
Qualification
CIPD qualified (desirable but not essential)
