Person Specification: Graduate Building Surveyor - APC
- RICS recognised degree or equivilent in Building Surveying or related subject
- Minimum of 1 years practical experience, ideally having commenced APC
- Broad experience in terms of work and sectors
- Strong work ethic and desire to progress with APC
Roles & Responsibilities: Graduate Building Surveyor - APC
This role offers the broad range of projects and the full range of professional instructions required to complete your APC and become a well-rounded Building Surveyor.
Work is predominantly in the private sector in Central London and the Home Counties. Areas of work include the following:
- Contract administration/ project management
- Planned maintenance surveys
- Schedules of condition and dilapidations
- Development monitoring
- Party wall matters
- Defects analysis
- Landlord's representative in relation to tenants' fit-out and alteration works
Salary & Package: Assistant Building Surveyor - APC
Offers salary levels competitive with London consultancies, £33,000 - £40,000 pa dependant on background and experience.
