Responsibilities include: Contact both new and existing customers, establishing and maintaining effective relationships. Manage the prospects list to track activity and progress. Liaise with the technical teams to provide an exceptional service to farmers, as well as to overcome any issues. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion of company products and services. What do I need to be considered? Personable approach with an excellent telephone manner. Experience in telesales, cross-selling and new business development within a previous sales/customer service role. Organised and methodical, comfortable working with data and CRM systems.
