We are working with a high-growth international technology company, that is looking for an exceptional Corporate Legal Counsel based in London to join its growing, award winning, global legal team. The Legal team is a dynamic, friendly, colligate, external and internal-facing function which supports all aspects of the business across the globe.
As Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the Head of Legal and the General Counsel based in London. You will have a broad range of work all being done at a global scale with multi-jurisdictional challenges, ranging from:
• Negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.
• Working closely with the client services team and our clients’ legal and compliance teams to ensure clients access knowledge safely.
• Drafting and implementing internal policies and procedures to appropriately manage risk.
• Developing and delivering legal and compliance training to the business.
• Working on corporate structure and company secretarial matters.
• Dealing with evolving areas of law including corporate/commercial, intellectual property, data privacy, technology, sanctions and regulatory compliance.
