Restaurant Size: 100 covers plus PDR
Daily Covers: 200-250
Contracted Hours: 48
Brigade size: 17 chefs
Report to: Executive
Group size: 5 Sites
Location: Brighton
This is an amazing forward-thinking and premium restaurant group, looking for a talented head chef to run their flagship site in Brighton.
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Leading a large team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.
There is a large semi-open kitchen that can serve up to 250 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal British food.
This would suit a strong head chef with good longevity in roles and that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, or rosette level kitchen with knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants. Apply today!
