Both are on offer here. This very well-established and highly successful Compliance consultancy is looking for a Discretionary Investment Management Compliance subject matter expert to lead the team.
Managing a very capable team of 5, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the firm’s regulatory services to investment management clients, acting as a point of escalation for more technical queries. You’ll take the lead on complex regulatory projects and provide strategic direction to the team.
A significant element of the role will be to make presentations to client audiences on pertinent regulatory matters, whether via webinars, seminars or workshops. It’s essential that you enjoy speaking and presenting and have the ability to distil complex technical information into a relevant, engaging and digestible form for your audience.
You’ll be an experienced Compliance specialist from the investment management arena, with an excellent working knowledge of relevant FCA regulatory requirements and the prudential regime for MIFIDPRU investment firms.
This is a home-based role although you will need to visit clients in the London area 2 or 3 times a month.
