HOURS OF WORK: Full Time 37.5 hours per week. The post will require some occasional weekend & evening work, for which TOIL can be claimed.

POST LOCATION:Hybrid: Rochford and working from home. You may be required to work at any Trust Links project site and travel around the area as needed.
We have a strong funding base through contracts and grants and over the last couple of years have developed our community and corporate fundraising. We are looking to increase our income and further diversify our funding sources to enable us to sustain our transformative work and enable us to work with more people. If you have the drive, experience, and skills to lead on this work please apply for this exciting new role!
The Postholder will be required to:
- To further develop our established community fundraising and corporate fundraising approach
- To maximise income through the development of a Fundraising Strategy, initially developing individual giving and digital fundraising
- Line manage the Communications Manager, ensuring that communications support the Fundraising Strategy
