We have been retained by one of our key clients to recruit a Head of HR who will bring about significant change in their organisation. Our client is a well-established and reputable SME manufacturer who is now looking for a true HR professional to support their future growth.

Role Responsibilities

To establish, implement and sustain HR best practice across the organisation. This is a stand-alone role and you will be responsible for;


  • Establish and drive a wellbeing strategy
  • Establish implementing and sustaining best practice
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders in the business to take more ownership of certain HR processes
  • Improve and fully utilise the HR system
  • Ensure that the candidate journey from recruitment through to induction and onboarding is professional and effective
  • Ensure that employees are engaged and motivated


Currently in a senior HR Generalist role or currently a Head of HR, you will be looking to develop your career further. You will be CIPD qualified and have proven experience in developing supervisors or team leaders in HR processes. You will be experienced in working cross functionally with other managers/leaders across a business. Proven in establishing and sustaining a well-being strategy would be advantageous.


As an expanding organisation and one that is extremely entrepreneurial, you will be rewarded with a salary of between £45,000 and £55,000. You will have the opportunity for future growth in the business alongside the expansion that you support.
