Position Summary
This is a major role within our global IT department where you will spearhead all Group IT strategic projects during an exciting period of significant change for Rotork. You will be the focal point of the full project life cycle with great responsibility, and therefore will have the ability to make the position your own.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will have a team of 8 reporting into you and together will support the wider IT function in all project activities.
In this role you will take the helm with major projects to ensure delivery on time, on budget and to required quality levels, with this needing you implement controls and reviews in an effective manner. You will manage standards and schedules whilst managing a team of project management specialists to agreed metrics and coaching them in a supporting and agile environment.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have strong decision-making skills and be able to demonstrate true leadership abilities.
Experience Requirements
- Track record of delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP, CRM and HRIS
- Experience as a Project / Programme Manager for large and complex change projects, implementing and operating PMO/ITIL change management processes
- Change management experience covering geographically diverse areas
