The right individual will have strong digital marketing experience within the automotive sales sector, with a strong focus on PPC, Paid Social, Email Marketing and Social Media. This is a great opportunity for someone who makes quick decisions, is proactive, ambitious and is looking for a challenge.Head of Marketing - Responsibilities:* Set, track and report on KPIs relevant to this role such as acquisition & retention targets and CAC - and show drive in continuously getting better results from your work in line with the ambitious growth expectation.* Analyse and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives.* Execute in-person, online, social and offline campaigns.* Customer experience insights - working with the customer experience team to provide local market insights.* Brand experience contribution - working with our brand team to shape the brand identity.* Delivering creative assets that will drive and support the commercial ambitions of the business.* Must have a strong background in brand, design and creative industry experience.* Must have a full understanding of the target market and how consumers wants to see the product, wants to see a brand express itself and always being a step ahead of the competition.Head of Marketing - Skills:* Background in the Automotive industry or B2B product industry.* Background in multiple channels of Digital Marketing.* Strong social media skills ideally with strong local knowledge.* Experience of managing agencies
