Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Setting the strategic direction for the business
- Ensuring calendars and objectives are developed for the brand
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand recognition.
- Overseeing all initiatives including digital
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified brand message.
- Managing the budget for the marketing department.
- Collaborating with external agencies for creative and media planning
- Working with key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty/skincare/fragrance space is essential
- Demonstrable knowledge of trade marketing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and trends.
- Strong analytical skills
- A creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
What's on Offer
A salary of up to £95,000 is on offer for the successful candidate
