Position: Head of Property

Salary: Up to £85,000 plus bonus & benefits
Location: Swinton, Manchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, family-run business based in Swinton, Manchester. Our client is looking for a Head of Property to run their product development program. They have several exciting projects to put in motion, and the ideal candidate will be forward-thinking with experience within R&D to look at efficiencies, designs and then bring them to market.
About you:
- Product Management skills and an enthusiastic approach to R&D
- Agile thinking and trouble shooting
- Lean thinking with process improvement experience
- Agency, Estates Surveyor and/or Asset Management experience
- Be prepared to get stuck in, test, explore and do what it takes to bring new products to market.
About the role:
- Project manage new product development through all stages from proposal to launch, including appraising new product ideas.
- Study current standard procedures in the Property Management industry and investigate time and quality improvements through innovative thinking.
- Communicate new product delivery pipeline to all interested parties, in particular marketing, operations, and sales, at appropriate time and correct level of detail.
- Ensure we have the correct product range available to actively pursue all relevant target markets.
- Work with existing and new suppliers to develop new products where appropriate.
- Propose strategies to deliver the target innovation, including investment and resource for the overall implementation.
- Explore needs in the market and to review existing and new developments.
